I got my fake orchids from concourse!

hisoka SG

erm actually theres no demand for the degree and we can't do anything Laughing

we're not skilled or qualified enough for anything but those generic stuff

viciouskitty74 SG

Awwww...come on. Singapore not like USA leh.

where fathers are always very hands on with the kids.

most singapore fathers wont even need to know how to change diapers.

av98m SG

And Stella, don't be such a whiner. there are so many people working longer hours, even under more dangerous conditions, full time, and some more qualified than you are, for a lot less money. Don't follow our ministers' bad example OK. For a part-timer you're incredibly well paid. Confused

elindra SG

Laughing
Don't worry too much
My 1st hand encounter with Kan_i's boy has pretty much nailed the coffin shut

viciouskitty74 SG

well, talking about kids and I am always reminded about child proofing a home.

its always good to plan far when buying a home. child proof it first and you wont need to remedy that situation when you do have a child.

and its so simple.

the Bear SG

got this song in my head Smile

and what a song.. Very Happy

settle down now and sit with me
let me tell you how this all came to be
a yellow flower with your petals to the air
flying on paper wings that brought you here
summer rolls on in lazy hours
an ether dream way
of hummingbirds and clouds
midnight swims in th the cool black waves
and you in my arms as it rolls away

little dandelion
let your heart keep time
now the clouds are gone
all your tomorrows shine

born of restless night the moon as a pearl
playing games down inside your soft warm world
hear my voice i know that you can
you're the fire in my eyes
the sun as a man
seasons come along and seasons go
and what they leave behind
i don't pretend to know
i'm afraid that all i have missed
will loom very large when the darkness lifts

elindra SG

My home is 100% not child proof Laughing

viciouskitty74 SG

Laughing frankly, household chores are preferable to kids.

the Bear SG

from the descriptions heard, the parents should be slapped along with the child

av98m SG

ahh...songs...

Just picked up the latest MTV Unplugged CD, featuring Korn.

Great stuff, always fun to listen to a heavy metal band go fully acoustic. My fav performance on the CD is when they sang Falling Away with Amy Lee from Evanescance Smile

jetta SG

*burp!* Just had dinner. Laughing

viciouskitty74 SG

If i have a child.

the house will look so strange.

those thick rubbery soft jigsaw puzzle mats on the floors, wall to wall rubber Laughing

sharp corners padded.

bean bags for sitting. no curtains, no below the waist electric sockets.

tv & stereo sets nailed to the wall. kitchen enclosed with glass or perspex panels.

even bedrooms are padded and only mattresses on the floor. toliet seats with additional locks.

av98m SG

Jetta, I caught American Idol last night while waiting for Heroes and they ALL sucked!! This is like the worst AI ever, and that's saying something!! Surprised

av98m SG

more reasons NOT to have kids!! Laughing

viciouskitty74 SG

Not really….think of the amount of money you are saving. No need furniture!

honeymouse SG

It sounds like your kids are going to grow up in bubble wrap. It may not necessary be the best for them.

viciouskitty74 SG

the sun in OC is really strong siah.

went push stroller with little boy out during the afternoon. was wearing short sleeve shirt & bermudas.

now, inspecting myself, found my arms are tanned!

With sunscreen, still like that.

the Bear SG
